Pay Your Rose Bud Invoice
Rose Bud accepts payment only after we have agreed on the service, scope, and amount. You cannot choose your own payment amount. Please pay only the exact invoice issued and approved by Rose Bud Cleaning Service.
How Payment Works
- Rose Bud approves the job. We agree with you on the service, scope, and price.
- Rose Bud sends your Square invoice. Your invoice is sent by email or text and contains the exact approved amount.
- You pay that invoice. Use the secure Pay Invoice button inside the Square invoice we sent you. Do not send a different amount.
- You receive confirmation. After payment, Square provides digital payment confirmation/receipt information tied to that invoice.
Need Your Invoice Resent?
If you do not have your Rose Bud invoice, do not create your own payment amount. Call us and we will verify your account and resend the correct invoice.
Pay Online
Use the secure Square invoice Rose Bud sends you. Depending on the payment options enabled on your invoice, Square may offer card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, or ACH bank transfer.
Square Free online card processing currently costs Rose Bud 3.3% + $0.30 per transaction. This processing cost does not give a customer permission to change the approved invoice amount. Any customer-facing charge, if applicable, must already appear on the Rose Bud-approved invoice before payment.
Cash, Cash App, or Another Method
Prefer to pay another way? That is fine, but please arrange it directly with Rose Bud first. Call us so we can verify the correct invoice and payment method before money is sent.
After we receive and verify an approved outside payment, Rose Bud can record that payment against the matching invoice and provide confirmation from the invoice record.
Important Payment Policy
Rose Bud Cleaning Service accepts only payments that match a Rose Bud-approved quote, invoice, deposit schedule, or other written payment agreement. If the amount or payment method does not match our approved invoice or agreement, contact us before sending payment.
