These SMS Terms and Conditions govern the Rose Bud Cleaning Service text-messaging program. By voluntarily opting in, you agree to these terms. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Program Description

Rose Bud may send text messages about quote requests, estimates, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, customer support, and other service-related communications. If you separately opt in to promotional messaging, Rose Bud may also send occasional offers and promotions.

How You Opt In

You may opt in by selecting an unchecked consent box on our website or through another consent method we clearly present. Service-related and promotional SMS consent are separate. Leaving either box unchecked means you have not consented to that type of text message.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and preferences. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Rose Bud does not charge a separate fee for the text-messaging program.

Opt Out and Help

After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may later opt in again through an approved consent method.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier, network availability, and device compatibility.

Privacy and Mobile Data

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that help deliver or operate the messaging program, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Continued participation after an update is subject to the revised terms, but we will obtain any new consent required by law.
